Grilled Marinated Tri-tip with a Brandy and Blue Cheese Sauce; Sustainable Spotted Prawn Scampi in a Lemon and Garlic Butter Sauce; Choice of Wild Rice Pilaf or Baked Potato Bar with all the fixings; Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables; Spring Mix Salad topped with Beets, Red Onions & Candied Walnuts with a Balsamic Vinaigrette & Santa Cruz Sourdough Rolls

Tri-tip; Beans; Salad; Soda; Potluck dessert for those wishing to bring something.

Dinner: September 6th, 2008. Serving starts 7:00PM; open bar starts at 6:00
Barbecue: September 7th, 2008. Setup begins at around 9:00AM; lunch served around noon.
